Famous Britons Magic Word Square | ESL Cultural Knowledge Puzzle

This worksheet helps students recognise well-known people from Britain and practise reading and deduction skills. Learners read short biographical clues, match each one to the correct famous Briton, and then fill the first letter of each name into a Magic Word Square, where each row and column spells the same four-letter words.

The activity features figures from science, music, history, film, fashion and literature. It supports vocabulary, cultural awareness and logical thinking. An answer sheet is included.
